At Anthony Dell we have some very simple and fundamental beliefs that all we do is based upon. We strive to make wines we like to drink. Wines that let the fruit shine. Wine that has just enough oak. We believe you should give more than you take. In the vineyard this means adding compost, Using organic sprays to prevent disease, planting a cover crop to control erosion and build the soil. Encouraging the owls and red tail hawks (natural predators) to eat the rodents. We believe that wine is a food and is best enjoyed with food and friends. We believe as Frank Sinatra once said, ” I feel sorry for people who don’t drink. When they wake up in the morning, thats as good as they are going to feel all day.” We believe that wine will get you through times of no money better than money will get you through times of no wine. Most of all we believe in ourselves. Our wine is our art, our craft, our gift to the world. We feature Pinot Noir from our vineyards. Also, Pinot Gris, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. Enjoy!
